HOLLYWOOD - A woman movie star John Cusack once called a stalker has been arrested outside the Hollywood home where Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes live.
Emily Leatherman, 32, was arrested on Thursday afternoon for violation of a court order and possession of stolen property, according to Beverly Hills police.
The authorities would not reveal the details of her arrest but stated the stolen items were not related to Cruise or Holmes.
Cruise won a restraining order against Leatherman in 2005, and last year a judge ordered her to stay at least 500 feet away from Cusack, after the actor claimed she had been stalking him.
In his request for the restraining order, Cusack said Leatherman was "showing unusual interest by stalking, throwing long letters of interest over my fence in bags with rocks and screwdrivers inside... and listing my address as her own."
As WENN went to press, Leatherman was still in custody.
