Action is developed in two time layers: today and within war, during heavy defensive fights of August 1942.
Heroes of film - four " black pathfinders " - Borman, Skull, Ciuha and Spirt. They dig in those places, where during the war were fights, then to sell the found medals, awards, documents and the German weapon.
Business favorable, but dangerous.
Once evening there is happened something strange: there appear a pale and barefooted guy, which, asked " Where ours? ", has disappeared, without any traces. And in documents of killed Russian soldier, appear photos of the pathfinders.
Trying will calm down, guys go to float in lake and... Appear per 1942. During the heaviest fights.
